q.b. lettuce




q.b. purple cabbage

q.b. grated carrot

1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds

q.b. olive oil

q.b. balsamic vinegar

PREPARATION:

Step 1: Peel the egg and cut into slices.

Step 2: Wash and cut the purple cabbage and lettuce.

Step 3: Add all the ingredients in a bowl.
